Appointed by Lidl for their new 'Flagship' supermarket

Lidl UK GmbH appoint Dartmouth to construct and develop their new 'Flagship' supermarket in Wokingham, Berkshire

Under a 'Design & Build Contract'. Dartmouth are undertaking all aspects of the 20,000 sq ft supermarket development, groundworks, car parking, Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Energy efficiency, River diversions and Section 278 works to the highway.

From the first installation of the initial pile, the store will be trading in 17 weeks, achieving BREEAM 'Very Good' Status for the energy efficiency, resilience, durability, impact on the local environment, and life cycle of the building.
